The Kings Avenue Mall is the new, full concept, under development shopping mall of Paphos.
This state of the art commercial building is developed by a joint venture, Athiari Commercial Ltd (Paphos) and is one of the largest commercial developments on the island of Cyprus.
The total investment will exceed the amount of €100 million and will serve as the ultimate shopping experience.
UPDATE: All the flooring has now been shipped out to Cyprus for this project! As our custumer had been let down by another supplier from Australia at the last minute, good organisation was key on this project due to the short timescales required to get all 45+ shipping containers worth of products manufactured, loaded and out to the docks in time to ensure they made the ferry departure times. – As a result of our efforts, we have now been successful in securing a 2nd shopping centre of the same size on another part of the Island.
